🤔THE TRIPLE FILTER TEST🤔 Socrates was Greek philosopher known for his great knowledge and wisdom. One day an acquaintance of his met the wise man and said, “ I just heard something about your friend. Do you want to know about it?” To which Socrate replied calmly , “Before you talk to me about my friend, it might be good idea to test importance of what you’re going to say. Let it pass through the triple filter test. The first filter of your information is truth. Are you absolutely sure that whatever you are about to tell me about my firned is true?” “Well, no,” the man said, “I just heard about it from somewhere” “All right, so you are unsure about the truthfulness of your statement you are about to make. Now, let’s try the second filter, the filter of Goodness. Is what you are about to tell me a good thing?” said Socrates. “Umm, No” answered the man softly. “So, you want to tell me something bad about my friend which you’re not certain it’s true. You failed the first two test but you may still pass the test if you pass the final filter, the filter of usefulness. Is what you want to tell me going to be useful to me?” “No, not really.” replied the man shamefully. “Well, if what you want to tell me is neither true, nor good or even useful, why waste your time to tell it to me at all. ” concluded Socrates. Although there is nothing wrong with talking about other people, it is what we talk about them that really matters. It is so easy to fall into a pattern of unconscious criticism, doubt and misunderstanding while involving oneself in a conversation about a third person. This short story of the great Greek philosopher Socrates could help us in making a better judgment about the information that we consume every day. The triple filter test can act as a very useful tool for blocking all the information that is not important to our lives. 🤔ट्रिपल फिल्टर टेस्ट🤔 अपनी एनर्जी मत बर्बाद करे-हिंदी कहानी प्राचीन ग्रीस में, सुकरात नाम के बहुत ही उच्च ज्ञान रखने वाले सम्माननीय दार्शनिक थे। एक दिन सुकरात का कोई परिचित उनसे मिला और कहा, “आपको पता हैं मैंने आपके दोस्त के बारे में क्या सुना हैं?” सुकरात ने जवाब दिया, “एक मिनट रुको जरा। इससे पहले की आप मेरे दोस्त के बारे में बात करे, में आपकी बात जो कहने आने हैं, उसका फ़िल्टर टेस्ट करना चाहता हूँ। यह मेरा ट्रिपल फ़िल्टर टेस्ट हैं। पहला फ़िल्टर ‘सच’ का हैं। क्या आप पूरी तरह sure हो कि जो भी आप मुझे बताने वाले हैं वो बात पूरी तरह से सच हैं?” “जी नहीं, यह मैंने कही से सुना था।” उस आदमी ने कहा। सुकरात ने कहा, “अच्छा, आप नहीं जानते हैं कि यह सच हैं या नहीं। ठीक हैं मेरा दूसरा फ़िल्टर ‘अच्छा’ का हैं। क्या मेरे दोस्त के बारे में अच्छा बताने वाले हैं।” “नहीं, इसके विपरीत हैं।” आदमी ने कहा। सुकरात ने आगे कहा, “अच्छा, आप मेरे दोस्त के बारे में बुरा कहना चाहते हैं, जबकि आप निश्चित नहीं हैं कि यह सत्य हैं। ठीक हैं ,अभी तीसरा फ़िल्टर ‘उपयोगिता’ का बाकी हैं। क्या आप मेरे दोस्त के बारे में मुझे बताना चाहते हैं कि मेरे लिए उपयोगी हैं?” आदमी ने कहा, “नहीं वास्तव में उपयोगी नहीं हैं।” सुकरात ने कहा, “ठीक हैं, यदि आप मुझे जो बताना चाहते हैं वह न तो सत्य है, न ही अच्छा है, न ही उपयोगी है, तो मुझे यह क्यों बताना चाहते हैं?” अब आदमी ने मन में सोचा कि मैंने पंगा ही गलत आदमी से ले लिया हैं, यहां से निकलने में ही भलाई हैं। दोस्तों इस छोटी सी कहानी से बड़ी सी सिख ले सकते हैं कि फालतू की गपशप करना आपके टाइम और एनर्जी की बर्बादी हैं साथ ही उनकी भी जिन लोगो को आप ये बता रहे हो और जिनके बारे में आप बात कर रहे हो। इसीलिए आप अपने मूल्यवान समय को अपने आपको निखारने में लगाए, न की गपशप में।

किराने की एक दुकान में एक ग्राहक आया और दुकानदार से बोला - भइया, मुझे 10 किलो बादाम दे दीजिए। दुकानदार 10 किलो तौलने लगा। तभी एक कीमती कार उसकी दुकान के सामने रुकी और उससे उतर कर एक सूटेड बूटेड आदमी दुकान पर आया,और बोला - भाई 1 किलो बादाम तौल दीजिये। दुकानदार ने पहले ग्राहक को 10 किलो बादाम दी,,फिर दूसरे ग्राहक को 1 किलो दी..। जब 10 किलो वाला ग्राहक चला गया तब कार सवार ग्राहक ने कौतूहलवश दुकानदार से पूछा - ये जो ग्राहक अभी गये है यह कोई बड़े आदमी है या इनके घर में कोई कार्यक्रम है क्योंकि ये 10 किलो लेकर गए हैं। दुकानदार ने मुस्कुराते हुए कहा - अरे नहीं भइया, ये एक सरकारी विभाग में चपरासी हैं लेकिन पिछले साल जब से इन्होंने एक विधवा से शादी की है जिसका पति लाखों रुपये उसके लिए छोड़ गया था, तब से उसी के पैसे को खर्च कर रहे हैं.. ये महाशय 10 किलो हर माह ले जाते हैं। इतना सुनकर दूसरे ग्राहक ने भी 1 की बजाय 10 किलो बादाम ले ली । 10 किलो बादाम लेकर जब घर पहुँचे तो उसकी बीवी चौंक कर बोली - ये किसी और का सामान उठा लाये क्या? 10 किलो की क्या जरूरत अपने घर में..? भैया जी ने उत्तर दिया - पगली मेरे मरने के बाद कोई चपरासी मेरे ही पैसे से 10 किलो बादाम खाए.. तो जीते जी, मैं क्यों 1 किलो खाऊं..।" 🤣🤣🤣🤣😂😂😂😂🤣 *निष्कर्ष: अपनी कमाई को बैंक में जमा करते रहने के बजाय अपने ऊपर भी खर्च करते रहना चाहिए। क्या पता आपके बाद आपकी गाढ़ी कमाई का दुरुपयोग ही हो।* इन्जॉय करिये जीवन के हर पल को। मौज करो, रोज करो, नहीं मिले तो ख़ोज करो।

Every day, an elderly woman would travel from her village to a nearby town to trade. One day, a town shopkeeper asked her to sell him a pound of rich village butter. The old lady searched her village for the best butter she could find. On her next visit to town, she brought the butter to the shopkeeper and sold it to him. After the women had left, the shopkeeper weighed the butter to see if he had received what he had paid for. The butter weighed less than a pound. The enraged shopkeeper resolved to take the matter to court. The elderly lady was questioned about her actions. Perhaps the scale she used to measure was inaccurate. The old lady claimed she didn't have a butter measuring device. "I don't have a measuring instrument," she explained. I've been buying a pound of bread from the shopkeeper on a regular basis. I weighed the loaf of bread and gave him the same amount of butter." The shopkeeper was humiliated. His deception had come to light. The old lady was forgiven.
